All 4 suites have full access to the 8000 sq. ft. 1898 late Victorian Mansion. The home has many museum quality antiques, such as 3 working fireplaces on the ground floor of extraordinary carved walnut and marble. Museum quality chandeliers grace the rooms as does outstanding beveled glass and stained glass. The artwork includes a hand painted mural in the main hallway by Wendell Field, which surrounds a marble wall fountain from the original Indianapolis School of Law, torn down in the 1980’s. The porches, wedding platform and gardens are an inviting place to retreat from the busy world.

Betty Davis, our hostess, will help you arrange special events, such as theatres, shows, sporting events for the Colt’s, Pacers, or to arrange reservations at an outstanding restaurant of the many available in Indianapolis.

Breakfasts are outstanding, available when you want to eat, anytime after 7 a.m. Spoil yourself with a beverage or snack anytime in our Butlers Pantry.

Exercise: Use our bicycles and tour the downtown, or we’ll direct your walk through Indiana’s finest historic district, the "Old Northside." Walk along the beautifully landscaped canal downtown, or past our State Capital and museums with fountains everywhere.

Our outstanding catering will provide the finest of food and drink for lunch for 20 in the formal dining room, or an indoor candlelight multi-course dinner for 120. Special Events: You may schedule the parlor, dining room, side porch, gardens, and balloom.
