*Cancellation Policy

• Full refund if cancelled 30 days ahead of reservation.
• All but $100.00 refund if cancelled 2 weeks before reservation and a gift certificate will be given in the amount of $100.00 to be used for future stay at the Yellow Rose Inn.
• If suite is cancelled the week of reservation one full night payment is required. Sorry, no gift certificates apply to this situation, but if room can be re-rented full credit will be issued.
• “No Shows” will be charged for nights reserved.
• Special Events such as Indy 500, Valentines Day, Formula One etc. require full payment at time of booking. In the case of cancellation all but $100.00 refund will be given if suite can be re-rented.

Above cancellation policy applies to overnight room accommodation only, it does not apply to rental space of the garden, first floor, or roof deck for parties, weddings, graduations etc.
